Privacy Policy
Effective 3 October 2026
This policy explains how The Brandologist Co. ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit exhibitionroi.com and register for the free live webinar "Exhibition Se ROI Tak" with Sudhir Makhija. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Details you give us in the registration form:
- Full name, company name, mobile number and email address
- Business type, and optionally your role and your next exhibition
- Your consent to receive webinar messages, and the time you gave it
Details collected automatically:
- Your IP address and browser type
- Information about the ad or link that brought you here (for example campaign name and source)
- Cookies and similar identifiers set by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics, described below
How we use it
- To register you for the webinar and send your confirmation, joining link and webinar-related reminders by email and WhatsApp
- To answer your questions about the webinar
- To understand which ads and pages bring registrations, so we can improve them
- To prevent spam, duplicate and fraudulent registrations
We will not add you to any WhatsApp group or to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell your personal data. After registering, you can choose to join our webinar WhatsApp group using the link we show you. Joining is optional; if you join, your name and number may be visible to the group admins and, depending on group settings, to other members, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
Cookies and ad measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and registrations. When you register, we send Meta a registration event that includes your email address and mobile number in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and control ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the webinar, and only for the purposes above:
- Website hosting and our registration database
- Email and WhatsApp messaging providers that deliver your confirmation, joining link and reminders
- The webinar platform used to run the live session
- Meta and Google, for ad and visit measurement as described above
We may also disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for up to 12 months after the webinar and then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop sending you webinar messages (withdraw consent). Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.
You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email hello@brandologist.in with your request and the email or mobile number you registered with. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to registration records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This webinar is meant for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
